I’ve just graduated from UCF with my Bachelor’s, even though this is suppose to be the beginning of my career as a computer programmer I’ve discovered a different passion during my time at college. I’ve really enjoy cooking, if I could I would have attended culinary school instead of pursuing a degree in IT.

Things didn’t work out that way, and as a result I have no relevant experience in the culinary field. I’ve worked at places like Pizzerias and Uno’s Chicago Grill, but haven’t held a job in the position I wish to fulfill. You may wonder what I have to offer for you’re team and all I can say is that I’m a REALLY good cook.

I’ve been seriously cooking for about a year and a half and in that time I’ve created a wide variety of meals, ranging from slow hickory smoked ribs, brown sugar crust ham, Dominican style rice and beans with porckchops and tostones, parmesan risotto and milk chocolate souffle just to name a few. I’m always looking for new recipes to try and have been successful with every one of my culinary attempts.

Give me an opportunity to cook for you, allow my meal to be my resume. I’m confident when you’ve given my cooking a try you’ll see that I have the talent to be great addition to your team. I have great time management, multi tasking and communication skills. Although i haven’t had a chance to work in a real kitchen, I understand the importance of teamwork and am ready to learn how to be a valuable asset your kitchen. I’m willing to start off as a dishwasher if it means getting an opportunity to become a chief.

Give me the opportunity and you won’t be mistaken. You won’t find anyone who genuinely enjoys cooking more than I do. I currently have my Food Handler’s card and am looking to get my OLCC permit soon.
